On May 5, 2008 NEXUS (The Marketing Society) organized a visit to National Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Islamabad. This visit was arranged by organizational behavior students.
The students were warmly welcomed by Dr. Mohammad Banaras Raja, Principal Scientific Officer, who took them to the ITTT Department and gave a briefing about NARC. They watched a documentary showing the vigilant check that NARC keeps on agricultural products, including their input plus output feedback, whether it is cost effective or not and product marketing; and about different agricultural training programs that are being conducted at NARC. After having a brief introduction about NARC, the students visited the different departments of NARC. The visit was initiated by Miss. Maria Mashkoor, Lecturer/ Patron NEXUS Marketing Society. |
