Muhammad Usman , and Ahmad Hafeez BBA students were assigned Save the Children (UK), an international non-government organization working to provide immediate and lasting improvement to children's live worldwide. Their summer project centered on reduction of child labor, improve quality and access to education programs, through teachers training.
A specific questionnaire was developed to collect the relevant information from 30 primary, middle and high school teachers. Statistical tools in MS excel were used for data analysis. This organization was one of the first to start working in Azad Jummu and Kashmir in two of the worst earthquake hit districts Muzaffarabad and Bagh.
The study shows improvement in teacher's performance after going through the teaching program. Keeping in view the responses collected from teachers the in-service training has been successful and has brought the positive changes in teaching methodology.
