The Value of Volunteerism

Crescendo arranged a seminar on ‘The Value of Volunteerism’ on February 11, 2009. Mr Akbar Mir, Manager Wafa Welfare Organization and Mr. Shahid Iqbal, Supervisor WWO were the guest speakers. They stressed the need to participate in volunteerism as a social and professional experience for business students. The students were encouraged to join the organization and register on the spot. They appreciated the efforts of “Crescendo” in this direction. In the end the patron of Crescendo Mrs. Ameena Zafar thanked the speakers for sharing their valuable views with the students and presented shields to them. The guests then proceeded to tea.
