The research areas in Bioinformatics focus on the integration of Computing and Biology. The research areas in Bioinformatics include Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Drug Design and Development, Protein Modeling and Mathematical Modeling of Biological Systems. Our vision is to lead and contribute to these new fields by conducting effective research. In order to achieve this objective we have a team of highly qualified and dedicated faculty members and an effective PhD program.
Admission Requirements:
Eighteen years of education leading to MS degree in relevant discipline.
Minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00.
Entry Test
Interview.
Degree Requirements:
Courses – 18 Sch.
Research Thesis – 30 Sch.
GRE Subject.
For the award of PhD degree, the University complies with HEC guidelines. For further information please consult the Head of Department.
