Microelectronic Device Research Group (MDRG) has been a outstanding research area in the Departement of Electronic Engineering at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University. This research group is led by Prof. Dr. Mansoor Ahmed. MDRG is a multi-discipline research group envolved into three main fields Inorganic Semicondutor Devices (MESFET/MOSFET), Organic/Polymer Semiconductor Devices (OLED, OTFT, OSC) and High Temperarture Superconducting Electronic Devices.
The group is always looking for well-qualified graduates interested in pursuing research for Ph.D. or M.S. Owing to the nature of our research we are keen to recruit those with backgrounds in materials, physics, chemistry as well as electronic engineering. If you would like to find out more, please see a list of research topics on our study pages or contact the member of staff involved. |
